SU Prayer Requests for the Month of May, 2013

As Scripture Union's ministry moves through the Spring into summer, we ask for the prayers of all SU members and friends. May God be pleased and honored in all that we do.

Pray for the completion of the Youth E100 soon so that it can begin drawing youth into God's Word and closer to him.

Praise God for the one day SuperKids outreach in the new Central Florida region last month and for the new Regional Director, Brandon McGuire. Pray for God to bless him as he begins his ministry in this new region.

Praise God for his faithful provision for SU's financial needs last month. Pray for God to continue to provide, especially for the financial support of the field staff as they prepare for the summer ministry.

Pray for the field staff who are training and helping prepare churches to reach children this summer through SuperKids. Pray that God will bless the preparations and the many volunteer staff.

Praise God for his leading at the SU Board of Directors meeting held in Valley Forge May 3-4. Praise God for the encouragement the Board and staff received to move forward in helping more people "meet God every day in the Bible and prayer" in the coming months.

Pray for the health of John Dudash, a member of the Great Lakes/Pittsburgh Regional Council, facing surgery, and for safety for the family of headquarters staff, Donna Roulston, as she and her husband travel away from their children this month.

Praise God for the many at-risk children who attended PrimeTime this school year. As the school year winds down this month, Pray that God will continue to work in their lives, and that more PrimeTime after school ministries will open in the fall.
